Tatthy's Extreme Enema Round: Deep Cleansing Scatology Porn

The sterile smell of the clinic fills the air as Tatthy lies down on the examination table, legs kicked open. Dr. Lizandra prepares the enema, filling it with a warm solution. As the liquid flows into Tatthy's body, her face contorts with a mix of discomfort and anticipation. The shot shows every close-up of the procedure, from the enema tube to Tatthy's tense expressions.

After the enema, Tatthy's bowels begin to churn. She squirms and pushes, and soon a fat stream of feces spills out. She defecates copiously, her anus glistening with the remnants of the cleanse. She then reaches down, smearing the shit across her skin, enjoying the texture. Her enjoyment is evident she then starts to play with her own excrement, a perfect example of Tatthy scat mastery.
