Cleopatra's Leather-clad Diarrhea Farts and Mega Poop Mess - Extreme

Cleopatra is down on the floor in the frame, her leather outfit glistening. She starts to push out smelly diarrhea, the mess oozing through the tight material. The slop of her farts fills the air, each one more aggressive than the last. The leather pants stretch and she carries on to defecate, the weight of the mess pulling them down slightly.

The smell is overpowering as she reaches down to smear the diarrhea across her thighs. Her hands work the sticky mess, spreading it evenly. Cleopatra then stands up, the Cleopatra scat mess trailing behind her. She turns to face the camera, her leather-clad form glistening with the fresh excrement.
