Malafalda's First Vomit and Kaviar Smear - Spanish Scatbook Sensation

The smell of fresh kaviar fills the room as Malafalda squats over the toilet, her body tensing as she forces out a thick, dark stool. She picks up the glistening kaviar with her fingers, mixing it with her own feces, creating a messy, shiny blend. Her face shows a mix of concentration and hard satisfaction as she goes on to smear the mixture on her skin.

Malafalda then reaches for a toy, inserting it into her anus as she goes on to play with the kaviar and shit. The frame shows her face as she pukes, the vomit mingling with the mess on her body. She smiles, enjoying the extreme sensations, and the Malafalda scat performance reaches its climax with her fully covered in her own waste.
