Ella Dearest aka Efro Ella Solo Shitting and Pissing - Vegan Lemon

Ella Dearest aka Efro Ella steps into the frame, a vegan lemon cake in hand. She places it on the table, then squats over a bowl, pushing out a large, solid piece of poop. The cake is soon joined by her warm, yellow stream of piss, mixing with the feces.

She picks up a chunk of her shit, smearing it over the cake with relish. Her fingers dig into the mess, blending the poop and urine. Ella Dearest aka Efro Ella scat continues as she takes a bite of the contaminated cake, lapping up the taste of her own excrement.
