Kim Koettbullar is bent over in the frame, her eyes glinting with anticipation. She begins by positioning herself over a pristine white toilet, where she lets out a massive pile of crap. The defecation is smooth and satisfying, and she takes her time, lapping up the moment. Her movements are methodical as she gets into the mess, smearing it around with her fingers and enjoying the sensation.

After a thorough examination, Kim Koettbullar proceeds to use a clyster, filling herself with warm water to clean out her system.
